What is it?
This is a specific report on common areas for defects, deterioration, damage & poor maintenance. The report provides the Strata Manager with a description of the items, the location of those items and a method and estimate cost for rectification.
Why would you need one?
This can be carried out on a new building (to rectify defects whilst the builder is on site) or existing buildings (which empowers the Strata Manager as to which levels of maintenance require urgent action and to upkeep the serviceability of the buildings insurances and tenancies).
How long will it take?
This is usually completed within 7-14 days.
