What is it?
A professional report that gives you peace of mind when looking to purchase a property.
It identifies areas of wear and tear of the property that may require rectification or replacement, outlines the construction of the property, current condition and costs to bring defects/items back to a maintainable level.
The report describes the overall condition of the property to be purchased. You will receive a comprehensive document (typically between 12-20 pages) that will provide you with the knowledge to enable you to clearly understand what you are buying. The report will highlight the current condition of the dwelling externally and internally room by room including identifying services to the property and condition of any fixtures. Your report will include comments on what items need rectifying, if any, and the cost associated with that rectification. The report will result in piece of mind to you, the buyer.
Reports do not explore areas of contamination, testing or determining if air-conditioning, asbestos, power supply, essential services etc.
